Every time I click on the Application from the home screen, when I enter the app I am unable to scroll the options using the D pad or even the thumbsticks. It's really baffling because I can see the options but I just can't scroll to them. Installation of the PS4 Media Player is extremely simple and straightforward. The PS4 Media Player app is already available on the PlayStation Store, and users can download it for free of course. Once installed, the Media Player icon will appear in the PS4 content area.
